poor alfred.

alfred is the strongest character in the entire dc universe.

This is what I love about Alfred, he lives through it all, he sees it all, he’s the one that is on the sidelines waiting.  He has to wait, he can’t go out on the front lines and fight with the rest of them because the Batfam need a foundation. They need grounding. They need something reliable to hold them together when they get back to the cave after a long night dealing with some of the most horrifying criminals in ‘verse. 

They need Alfred.

He is their rock.  He waits, silently, always there in the background with a word of advice, a gentle hand on the shoulder, a comforting presence at their back.  He’s just there for them. All of them.  And he puts up with the mission, with the falling outs, with the fights, the broken bones, the nightmares, the deaths.  He takes all that on and stays strong for the family.  

Because he’s there rock, and they need him.

you even make red look good and that’s practically impossible in the DC universe because it’s EVERYWHERE.

For as awesome as Kate Kane is, there seem to be very few scans of her lying around. I have a few issues with her, so I’ll try to add some to the pile. But, gahh…look at her! If you haven’t read any Kate, go do it now.

I’m sure this has been posted a million times, but I needed it on my blog. Damian was such a troll in this issue. Just look at his FACE. HIS FACE. Too bad it only lasted a few pages. But STILL. Even Jason was bothered by the trolling, and Jason is the king of snarky trolling.

Going out to dinner. Text me if Didio suddenly decides Dick was never a Robin. Or that there were never any Robins. Or that all this Batman stuff was just a dream, and Bruce is really asleep in the Zorro movie theater with his parents.
